In 2003 Phill began his management career with a directorship appointment in the care industry. In this role, he was responsible for the management of multi-million-pound commercial contracts and a team of 25. Following this, Phill was appointed Operations Director for The High Street Group, where he oversaw the growth and development of the Group’s many facets; ranging from commercial lending to pension fund investment, property development. In 2017 he was instrumental in the inception and delivery of High Street Hospitality’s first Hotel site and has then strategically grown the business now incorporating 28 individual venues, an extensive pipeline and a staff team of nearly 200.
