We are looking for a new Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-driven, customer focused manager who will drive the sales and high customer service of the business whilst controlling the costs within a structured organised operation.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager we are looking for will be all about creating an experience for the guest and really supporting the Operations Manager with all aspects of running the restaurant. You will be passionate and knowledgeable about food and wine and can demonstrate the ability to really deliver for the guest whilst leading and inspiring the junior staff within the food and beverage team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the running of the department alongside the Operations Manager ensuring all standards and procedures are adhered too.
